We currently have an appetite for sites with or without planning consent and options, brownfield and greenfield, residential and mixed-use, and can act quickly and decisively. We would also consider Joint Ventures and we have cash funds immediately available for the right sites and are always happy to reward introduction fees along with securing exclusivity on future sales.
We would consider sites of up to 50 units, but have the requirement of sales values in excess of £500 per square foot.
